Arshdeep Kaur is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for mental and physical wellness. She completed her Bacholor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition at University of California, Davis and her Masters of Physician Assistant studies at Dominican University of California

She believes mental health is whole-body health. Our thoughts, emotions, environment, relationships, and even what we eat all play a powerful role in how we feel and function. She takes a compassionate and holistic approach—because healing isn’t just about symptoms; it’s about understanding the full picture. 

Outside of medicine, she find joy in traveling the world and immersing herself in different cultures. She enjoys hiking and being out in nature- it continuously pushes her past her limits and reminds her that growth often comes through discomfort. These experiences shape how she shows up in work—curious, open-minded, and committed to helping others navigate their own journeys with compassion and resilience.
